The People Behind Your Care
A dedicated group of specialists and staff who bring nearly four decades of clinical wisdom to every patient visit.
Experience the Difference in Person
Good chiropractic care is built on relationships, and relationships start with the people in the room. The staff at Moramarco Chiropractic in Woburn are not just knowledgeable in their fields. They are genuinely invested in the outcome of every patient who comes through the door.

Dr. Marc Moramarco, D.C., CCSP
Owner and Chiropractor, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician
Dr. Moramarco has spent nearly 40 years helping patients in communities north of Boston recover from pain and reclaim their health through natural, conservative chiropractic care. His scope of practice is broad and deliberately so. Whether a patient walks in with acute back pain, a sports injury, or a complex disc condition that has not responded to other treatments, he brings the same thorough, patient-first approach to every case.
As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), Dr. Moramarco holds advanced credentials in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He is also a recognized authority in the non-surgical treatment of adult scoliosis, leading that specialty through his associated practice, Scoliosis 3DC. His philosophy is rooted in a simple, enduring principle: lasting wellness comes from caring for the human frame, not masking symptoms with medication.
Patients in Woburn, Boston, and the surrounding communities trust Dr. Moramarco because his care is honest and calibrated. He does not overtreat. He explains the reasoning behind every decision and works with each patient to define what recovery and long-term health actually look like for them.

Amy Heller, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist and Schroth Method Practitioner
Amy is an occupational therapist with a deep focus on patient empowerment and family education. Her background in treating developmental challenges gives her a unique perspective when working with adolescent scoliosis patients, helping them understand why consistency with treatment matters and how their engagement shapes long-term outcomes.
Within the practice, Amy uses her Schroth Method expertise to guide patients through the specialized corrective exercises that form the foundation of non-surgical scoliosis care. Her approach is practical, encouraging, and grounded in a genuine belief that informed patients achieve better results.

Kim Kruzel, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Schroth Method Specialist
Kim brings more than eight years of Schroth Method experience to the practice, complemented by advanced training in brace fitting and a background in orthopedics and mental health. As a registered yoga teacher, she draws on a holistic view of the body, integrating mindful movement and pain management strategies into her patient care.
Her specialty lies in adapting therapeutic approaches for patients living with scoliosis. Kim is particularly skilled at meeting patients where they are, whether that means modifying exercise programming for fitness-focused individuals or providing steady, practical support for those navigating a new diagnosis.
The Team That Keeps Things Running
Behind every smooth patient visit is an office team that makes it all possible.
Jeannine
With more than 30 years of experience, Jeannine is the office’s resident expert on insurance questions and filings. She is often the first face patients see when they arrive, and she takes that responsibility seriously. Her goal is to make every person feel at ease the moment they walk through the door.
Kathy Moramarco
Kathy manages the operational side of the scoliosis practice, handling scheduling, logistics, communications, and website management. Her behind-the-scenes work ensures the clinical team can focus entirely on patient care.
Deb
Deb is the office’s dependable all-rounder, stepping in wherever she is needed. Her responsibilities span front desk duties, therapy assistance, and administrative support including records management and coordinating X-ray scripts.
Paige
As a clinical assistant, Paige keeps patient flow moving efficiently throughout the day. She assists with therapy modalities and brings a positive, attentive presence to every interaction with patients.
Jillian
Jillian is an aspiring X-ray technician currently gaining hands-on experience in the office. In addition to general support, she is responsible for setting up photo comparison reviews that help track scoliosis patient progress over time.
